But here’s the kicker—I was actually a terrible eater before the age of five. My parents had to trick me into eating my meals. Fast forward a few decades, and now I spend my days helping people discover amazing Canadian-made food and beverages. Life is funny like that.
I was born and raised in China, where food is more than just fuel—it’s culture, connection, and a way of life. With a dad who’s a traditional Chinese doctor and a mom who’s a biologist, I grew up with a deep appreciation for what goes into our bodies. Big flavors, healthy ingredients, and holistic choices?
